My Mom did it actually, my ID was gone. She had to send a copy of her Driver’s license and marriage certificate (She was married in Hawaii as well). She also had a copy of my Long form, which really isn’t all that long. She sent all that in and had the copy sent to her, she then sent it to me.
How is this done via Internet? ... And how would HI verify requests then send a secure copy over the INternet. I’m quite confused on this!
