The real question I see in upcoming events is that lets say Obama steps down or is removed from office and not necessarily because he is ineligible.
And then some committee decides to bring to trial all officers that took orders from Obama say in Afghanistan are then put to court as war criminals.
Theoretically with my limited legalese learnings I would say that those officers could be convicted of war crimes as almost anybody on earth by now is aware that Obama does not legally have the credentials to prove according to the Constitution that he CAN be acting POTUS.
As much as Obama is trying on the internet and with his connections to the MSM its too late to convince America that he is truly without a doubt a natural born citizen.
If a street hobo finds a police uniform and dons it and starts issuing tickets for people that actually do break laws do those people have to pay the fines? Can the be arrested? Can the imposter arrest anyone? Give orders to disarm and be arrested?
Thats exactly what Obama is doing, and STILL too many people worship him in a mindless daze.
I support any military officer that questions this, its their sworn duty to defend the Constitution from enemies foreign AND domestic, period. Obama has not to date proven he is credible and is in the highest aspect doubtful as to his legitimacy.
Orly Taitz has something here. Each move she is making is opening up a bigger can of worms for Obama’s defense. Accusations of forged documents (COLB), 39 social security numbers, etc., etc., etc. He’ll soon be packing his bags for a move out of the White House.
