Where would you move to if it became necessary? (Vanity)

Here is my question: If you felt it was necessary to leave our America to avoid the politics, where would you go? I had an interesting conservation with a friend today and he made the statement that he was considering researching for a new home. Since I have never given thought to the subject, I was completely stumped. I have no idea where I would go.

There is no other place to go. The only solution is to stay and fight.

Can’t think of a place in the world I’d rather call home. Some really nice places to visit, but only one home.

Canada. They suffer when the US tanks but at least they are not built on 9 trillion in debt.

It may sound crazy but I’d go to Colombia, because I have relatives there. Other then there it might be Costa Rica or Panama.
My wife would be in Israel in a heartbeat.

I'm not going anywhere.
My ancestors came here to escape the oligarchies present in their birth countries.
Those ships have long since been burned.
It's the total government crowd that needs to look elsewhere.

I’d move back to Alaska.
Or maybe Costa Rica.

I was born in America but spent my childhood in a third world country, which had a dictator in power.
It wasn’t so bad, and I missed the Carter years!

I would go nowhere. The Founding Fathers accomplished too much, and too much blood has been spilt, for me to move away because it gets a little tough.
I would rather go down fighting for what I believe in than have to look in the mirror in some foreign land and think that America wasn’t worth fighting for.
