Please contact Fox News, tell them to report on the September 8th hearing and pending January 26th Obama elgibility trial before Judge David O. Carter, U.S. District Court, Santa Ana, California.
Why is Fox silent? Afraid of race riots?
What is your take on this?
My take is that Fox News thinks that the “Birthers” aren’t playing with a full deck.
Fox News is better than most MSM outlets, but they are still a part of the MSM - but they do let some conservative voices be heard. The MSM keeps telling me that Orly Taitz is just a crazy crank - what if she wins in court? And on top of all that, where is Obama’s long form birth certificate?
I think that they (like me) find Taitz to be a little flaky. While I admit that where there's smoke, there's fire, I have to question: why hasn't a more capable attorney taken up the cause?
I think Fox is afraid to put it on the line just yet. Maybe when we get to the pretrial in January, it will look more serious to them.
They're probably pretty sure it's going to get dismissed.
Pic right but think much bigger fan.
Even if they are aware of the hearing, and its resulting ruling, they might prefer to wait until an appeal has been exhausted because most of the suits already dismissed tend to suggest that this action may not survive on appeal for similar reasons as the other dismissals. Interesting side note that Zero is represented by U.S. Attorneys and not private counsel...that in of itself is a problem!
Amen! There is actually a "more capable" attorney involved, but Taitz refuses to work with him. Taitz seems (and I mean "seems" to be after fame instead of justice.
This is not about the Birth Certificate, it is about uncovering a lifetime of concealment.
Building on Lies is a very very difficult task.
With the Truth the pieces fit, with a Lie they never do. So Obozo’s approach is to hide all the pieces. It has about run it’s course.
Fox has determined this is a pointless exercise.
It’s the rulings on dismissal (gov’t filing) and discovery (birther filing) that will make news. Yesterday’s scheduling (january trial) depends solely on the discovery/dismissal ruling.
Right now, it isn’t news. Just a date on a court calendar.
All you have to do is think if this were G.W. Bush. The Lamestream press covered a non-existent story about his National Guard records for 6 months straight. 1000’s of stories and countless hours on TV.
Obama——nothing.
Actually, the judge has already ordered early stages of discovery. It is at the Oct hearing where he will issue subpeonas ( if case not dismissed ) Per Court order:
Unless there is a likelihood that upon motion by a party the Court would order that any or all discovery is premature, the Court encourages the parties to begin discovery before the Scheduling Conference. The parties shall comply fully with the letter and spirit of Rule 26(a) and thereby obtain and produce most of what would be produced in the early stages of discovery , because at the SchedulingConference the Court will impose tight deadlines to complete discovery.
You are right. It is too easy to laugh “birthers” off. I personally think there is something to it. I don’t know exactly what, but there does seem to be too much time and effort used to make discredit these folks. The MSM spend a hole lot of time ignoring True stories (Van Jones). Why would they spend so much time on something they say Is NOT true? But until there is something concrete, FOX needs to stay clear of it. Otherwise it undermines all their other findings. I do think it is going to be easier to get things done with regards to the B.C. when all eyes are not on the issue.
I thought Orly said that Fox News was going to be there?
I think if the judge does not dismiss it - it will become news. I think the Judge is 65% there will be a trial and 35% he will dismiss the case.
The GOP and Fox do not want to be leading this thing in case it blows up. I think this Judge is going to ask Obama to pony up the proof.
On the other hand, they may be storing up the data for an end-of-case review - whichever way it goes. Wasn't it reported that Fox had promised to ‘attend’ the hearing - did they?
