Originally built in 1901, this walkway now serves as an aproach to Makinodromo, the famous climbing sector of El Chorro in Spain's Andalucia. And it makes the hairiest paths we've ever walked look bald by comparison!

Camino del Ray has been closed for a number of years. You can certainly see why. There were a couple of deaths in the late 90’s. Doesn’t stop people from trying it though.

The video certainly produces a physiological reaction that’s for sure!

Whole sections of walkway gone.
That’s gotta hurt if you’re the lucky sap riding it down when it goes.

Walking it is bad enough, but how about the guys that built the walkway? They must have clanked when they walked.
