When you're developing the X double bar and R charts, and your samples go up to, say, 15, where do you get your values for the A2, D3 and D4 values?

The problem is that old calculation has been corrupted. The original mathematician who came up with that went senile and inputted a Jar Jar algorithm into the calculation that broke the entire formula.
