A question for you operations experts.

When you're developing the X double bar and R charts, and your samples go up to, say, 15, where do you get your values for the A2, D3 and D4 values?

You should probably use an X-bar, s chart with a sample size of 15. Nonetheless, these values are available in the table section Juran’s Quality Control Handbook or any number of other good references.
