But a little football on the TV ain't gonna hurt nobody! More people who watch the NFL provide it with ratings that it can use to command higher prices from the various networks which compete to show the games. Since the NFL doesn't want conservative fans, it is best to turn the TV off whenever there is a game on.

Boycotting the NFL is going to be extremely difficult. I live in Green Bay (getting ready for the Lions game) and it's more important than going to church itself. Football is a Sunday staple. That's not to say that we shouldn't make our voices heard and let the NFL know what they did was wrong.
I'm sure the NFL has heard from Rush listeners and conservatives, and I have done my part by letting the league know.
