You asked what kind of cat behavior this is. I am no cat expert, but it looks to me like the ginger cat is confronting the other cat for being on the ginger cat’s territory. I would think that the confrontation ended in one of two ways:
1) a beat down by the ginger cat, or
2) a surrender by the black cat in the form of turning its head away and then leaving.
