Tune in and listen to Joe Buck and Tim McCarver.
Go Pirates!
Joe and Tim are carrying Yankee water. Tim said as much last night. I’ll be watching it on the internet because of those two clowns.
GO PHILLIES!!!

What is the over/under on umpire errors?

Hey Jimmy Rollins, this is Game 5. I’m so glad you let the Yankees win one. Bwaaahaaaahaaaahaaa!
Not a big Phillies fan by any stretch of the imagination, but I have to root against the Yankees because they’re the baseball version of “big government” with their bloated salaries and oversized egos.
Jeter (the closet homo) and A-rod are enough to make me change the channel to something else and only go back for brief updates on the score. I think I caught about 7 or 8 minutes of Game 4.
Let the hating begin!
The Filthadelphia Filthies will lose and you can start the countdown to when catchers and pitchers report.
So many to hate. Where to start?
I just did a news search on “world series” — the leftist trash at Google has Huffpo as the top link.
Final at bat by Damon last night was the best I can ever remember (by any player). Two out and two strikes on Damon and the Yanks pour on three runs against the Phillie’s top closer? Hate the Yanks all you want but they are one heck of a team — and a lot of fun to watch.
Is it just me, or did she sound stoned???
Too bad she can’t sing as good as she looks....!
Could be tough for the Yanks - Phillies pitched a brilliant game that first game.
Thanks for the thread.
I’m rooting for the Yankees to win tonight or Wednesday because I want BOnes and Fringe especially Bones back Thursday! (see why in my tagline)
Oh oh two Phils on no outs....
Gut check for Burnett?: “I struck out Ryan Howard four times last time, and I walked him tonight!?”
I miss joe torre...i so badly wanted torre to come back to yankee stadium and beat the yanks...this time they really did just by every free agent available...they seem like a machine and no heart
Disgruntled Yankee fan here...
Sometimes, great teams like the Phillies cannot play at the top of their game unless they are challenged. And when the challenge appears weak - - as it did after Game 1 - - they will unconsciously allow themselves to get backed into a corner in order to manufacture for themselves the challenge they crave. I’ve seen the phenomenom many times with various great teams over the years.
Let’s just hope it doesn’t come back to bite the Phillies in the rear end.
