actually reading the article, I find it hard to disagree with the guy. Of course space will be weaponized, if it isn’t some already.

I’m sure it is. The shuttle program, if nothing else, proved with the repairing of the Hubble that we could go pluck their satellites out of the sky, one by one. No one else can do that... yet.
