You’d end up with brain dead or muslims on a pre-screened panel and probably end with an acquital.

If one finds oneself on such a panel, sit there quietly, answer truthfully, but shortly and always state you could be fair.

I would the the Prosecutors have some duty in screening the jury, in that case it would be better to let them go and let the CIA kill them.

I believe that if the jury were to shout "Guilty" at the beginning of the trial it would be a mistrial. The prosecution only has a few chances to try the case before the defense claims that they weren't granted a fair and speedy trial. If the judge agrees, the defendent goes free.

This is going to be a sham. The defense attorneys are going to have most of the evidence thrown out because it was coerced. They're going to file motions for the US Government to produce confidential informants and to disclose intelligence gathering information.

I would be surprised if this isn't thrown out of court and the defendent ends up suing the government and buying a condo in Palm Springs.
