I thought it was amusing. If I were his partner having to listen to his BS all day, I’d probably shoot myself.
His preach about ‘getting guns off the streets’ was equally tiresome.

I didn't see it, but I heard Steven Segal was played by Jaba the Hutt. I'm guessing he's put on a few pounds.
FWIW, it's Jefferson Parish; or, Dah Pah-rish, if you're local.

I thought it was entertaining.
Made me wonder how many of those gems were on government assistance in some way or living with relatives who were.
I would like a number and then a date as to when assistance ends the same way Obama gives dates we leave wars.

Turns out he is just a good ol boy
There was a lot of driving and he wearing two stars of a reserve deputy chief appparently outranked his driver with the silver bird presumably captain. That was the part that made it seem unreal. Two ranking cops out on patrol.
He came across as real however. He seemed to be respected for being a real cop. He was a real dead eye and apparently helped the student to barely scrape by on his proficiency test.
FReepers put him down for bad movies but they fail to realize that he makes movies.... not reality shows

Tried but it was to hard to watch a fat bastard play cop. I'm surprised he didn't spend the whole episode eating Popeyes. He cannot act!
There's no Jefferson County, jefferson Parrish.

Some great reviews
here. I think this is my favorite: "(W)ith his new reality show Steven Seagal Lawman, Seagal has cemented his position as an accidental comedy savant.

How many Obama voters did he round up in an hour?
My favorite Segal movie moment is that flick (can’t remember the name) where his character is in a coma for like ten years and he wakes up but still has his tan. LOL

He’s not a great actor, but his martial arts skills are for real - reaching 7th dan in Aikido is no small feat. He could literally rip your arm off and beat you with the wet end.

I saw the movie you're talking about. I just loved to watch him run, well when he could run. He ran like a girl.

It's been 20 years but when I lived in Jefferson Parish on River Road, good ol' Shoot First Harry Lee was sheriff. That guy had as much respect as Sheriff Arpaio does now.
Jefferson Parish is not the same as Orleans Parish by a long shot.

My favorite Segal movie moment is when Erica Elaniak pops out of a cake.
