Here is a compilation video of President Obama using his odd "middle finger scratch" gesture yesterday when mentioning the name of John Callahan, the mayor of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, a supporter of Hillary Clinton in the Democratic primary.
The video also shows him making the gesture when mentioning Hillary Clinton on April 17, 2008, and when mentioning John McCain on November 3, 2008. The individual videos are also provided . . . . (VIDEOS)

He thinks it is subtly funny - all it shows is that this President has NO CLASS and no concept of HOW TO ACT Presidential...

The petulant, petty, little man child strikes again.
Either he’s doing it on purpose or he has some sort of subconscious thing, like body language. Either way, it speaks ill of him that he can’t control his actions better in front of the camera.
Now, can anyone produce videos that show him doing this at other times when talking about other things? That would prove there is nothing to it.
BOR should have his ‘body language’ lady on to analyze this.
