I did average, but without Free Republic the last four years would have failed miserably. So I thank the FREEPERS for getting me educated at least above the average citizens who score 50’s...I scored in the 70’s...by the next four years, I should be in the 90’s. One thing for sure is that I took the test while answering phones and helping Sailors and also I think some of those questions were bogus...OK OK NO EXCUSES!!! Thanks again FRiends for the education so far!!!

I found it interesting that in 29 out of 30 questions elected officials did worse than ordinary citizens. Explains a lot about our government.

I got #30 wrong, too. I think governments SHOULD decrease taxes AND spending. The correct answer still seems wrong to me (decrease taxes [yes] and increase spending [huh?]) but that is probably an aggregate of past policies to get a “likely” result.
I think by freeping this we drove up the monthly average. Maybe we need a separate category kinda like the NYT bestseller list!
