I ownder how the almighty New York Times picked out the “100 neediest” in a city the size of New York?

The answer was probably presented in the Sunday, Dec. 3 issue, but I didn't post it. I did post a partial list of the cases at the end of the Dec. 7 post. My guess is that they asked their readers for sad stories of need in letter form.
