Sarah Palin Divides The GOP Elite
Atlantic Online ^ | Dec 10 2009 | Chris Good

Sarah Palin may draw ecstatic crowds in "real America," but among Republican insiders in Washington, she's not so popular.

National Journal's annual Insiders Poll issue will come out Friday, but we've got some early results; the most interesting finding is how many GOP insiders and members of Congress listed Palin as one of their least favorite members of the party.

Palin was the top response when 85 GOP strategists and insiders were asked, "Which voice in your party would you most like to mute?" 28 percent listed Palin; Republican National Committee Chairman Michael came in second, with 12 percent.

So Sarah isn’t popular with the RINOS...GOOD..more reason to vote for her. Screw the RINOS and screw the GOP, if the GOP doesn’t want to listen to US we will make them listen to us. I don’t give one dime to the Republican party, they abandoned their Conservative principles a long time ago. I support Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann because those two women have more balls then the men in the GOP. Why do they want them to shut up so badly, why, because they are not kissing Obama’s ass. Is the GOP that fearful of being called a racist that they won’t even go after Obama, its a damn shame that the GOP has turned into a bunch of sissies

These pathetic elites don’t realize that a big part of Palin’s appeal is that she isn’t one of the elite, and doesn’t seem to listen to them. Besides, it doesn’t look like any of them were even brave enough to give their names, which means that they are cowardly, worthless wimps.

Wow, that Atlantic post at Ambinder’s is NOTHING BUT GOOD NEWS!

The Beltway crowd despise her. This is just like Goldwater and Reagan.

Time to lead the Revolution from Below, Sarah!

Best,

Chris

I hope she’s taking names.

These phonies will try to worm back into her inner circle if she succeeds.

Run for Prez on the Consrvative/Tea Party ticket. When the momentum becomes so huge, the GOP will have no choice but draft her or form a coalition to bring the Tea Party into the GOP.

Exactly!

A third party, or for that matter four or five parties, is the only external force that is going to correct the incest in Washington DC.

Think the Media will fight tooth and nail to deny voice to those external forces?

The “GOP Elite” hijacked the traditional GOP. It is Palin’s duty to take the party back.
The RINOS can form their own party.

The shine of the elite is fading to tarnish when exposed to the harsh chemistry of old truth

I’d say those rinos won’t be there to enjoy an inspired conservative comeback.

The winds of 2010 are getting stronger by the day!

There can be no better compliment for Palin than this: "among Republican insiders in Washington, she's not so popular." In other words: She makes the RINOs squirm. Good!

Exactly! Those country club Republicans are the problem with the Republican party. Those country club Republicans are a bunch of hypocrites. They don't give a damn about the hard-working people who make up the core of the Republican party.
