Remember eons ago when the stadium was being voted on and the least desirable place to put it was downtown?

Hey Kids! Let's have a "No-Site Stadium Bill Vote" and then let a panel of experts decide where to put the new stadium if it passes.

Whew! The No-Site Stadium Bill has passed.

Let us convene our panel of experts to determine the most advantageous place for the new stadium.

Meeting.....meeting.....meeting.....meeting.

TA-DA!

The panel has made a decision on the site of the new stadium!

And the most advantageous place for the new stadium is: "May I have the envelope please"....DOWNTOWN!
