Why so many vulgar fecal references? From someone who isn’t taking it seriously, that seems a tad angry.

“daughters some money to help her by her first home. We paid taxes on that gift.”

Good point,,,THAT makes sense put that way.

Under prior circumstances I might agree with your 'legally required' position. However, I've long since determined that nothing about this government, nor its tax code is anywhere remotely equitable, even in the language of the law. Even you must be able to see what's going on now with Nelson and Nebraska and the 'law' (and Lousiana, Vermont, et al) that will ensue.

The 'law' and equity is no longer 'fair' and no longer just. Here is where you and I part ways.

“Excuse me, but when did it become a Federal crime for buying a piece of ass?”

I think the issue here is hauling ass around the world.

The circumstances could be a violation, or multiple violations, of the Federal Mann Act (18 U.S.C. § 2421–2424), just for starters.

And you’re excused.

It's a line from an old Eddie Murphy gig.

( He discusses the ins and outs of marrying a sweet African-African girl - buck naked - ridding a zebra - who discovers America's community property laws ;^)

The word which I used is a common colloquialism used in a variety of fashions. Your choice to assign it to a purely ‘fecal’ meaning is yours, not mine. My point was that there are better things to think about a multi-multi millionaire and his sex troubles.

This country is devolving into an abortion of contorted and twisted Democratic revenge laws aimed at the destruction of it and you quote the ‘Mann Act’ to me? Get real.

You asked how arranging for a tryst with a prostitute could possibly be a Federal Crime, and I told you that depending on the circumstances, it could be in violation of The Mann Act.

That’s very ‘real.’ It may be bad policy. It may be stupid. But it’s a valid answer to your question, whether you can cope with it or not.

the Feds have better things to do

"All within the state, nothing outside the state, nothing against the state." -- Mussolini

Everything is the business of the federal government now. If they want to arrest you for giving your kids' breakfast, they will.

Excuse me, but when did it become a Federal crime for buying a piece of ass?

When you write it off as a "business expense" and commit TAX FRAUD, that's when. You can rob, rape, and pillage and pretty much get away with it but don't ever try to screw the tax man (unless you work for the Obama Administration, then you get to be Treasury Sec.)

Regards,
GtG

Not all that familiar with tax laws as most average people are not,but if the time limit for 1099’s are three years,[again I am assuming,]He should 1099 all of them and take the hit on fines and such over the legal time limit.
I am probably wrong, but it might quiet some of them down, meaning the hookers and their attys. And,in the long run, save him some money.
I have never been a fan of Tiger due to his I am all this attitude,he is the one who chose the plasticanated[sp]hookers
I feel for the family. This will NEVER go away no matter how it is portrayed.
I feel sad for the children and I find it hard to believe his wife was unaware of the situation.I hope she was.

But those prostitutes in Barney Frank’s home, were they boys? How young were they? His pimp friend, Steve Gobie, met with the principal of Chevy Chase Elementary School [Gabriel Massaro] — that much is known.

Frank denies knowing that his own home was a chicken house, and Gobie says Frank did.
