Weapon Involved in Charlie Sheen Domestic Dispute
E!Online ^ | Dec. 26, 2009 | Brandi Fowler

Oh, Charlie Sheen.

E! News has exclusively confirmed that a weapon "of some sort" was involved in the domestic violence dispute the actor was hauled off to jail for on Friday.

The 44-year-old Two and a Half Men star was arrested yesterday morning in Aspen, Colo., and released that night after posting an $8,500 bond.

Aspen Police Department spokeswoman Stephanie Dasaro tells E! News the felony menacing charge Sheen is facing would not go into further detail—for the record, they aren't naming the victim, either—other than to say the count does involve "a weapon of some sort."

Aspen Chief Deputy D.A. Arnold Mordkin says he has spoken to Sheen since the incident. He "seemed upset, but was cooperative and pleasant," he said.

While Sheen is not required to remain in Aspen at this time, he will need to return for his court appearance on February 8th, when Mordkin plans to formally file charges.

Please see post 19. I think there is much more to this.

Well he wasn’t drunk. That doesn’t mean he wasn’t wasted, Charlies list of pharmaceuticals usually only starts with booze.

Thanks for the refresher on this case. I remember it. IMO Longet got the star treatment and got away with murder.

There is a lot of unknown’s in this particular case — and I am far from a Sheen fan or supporter, cannot stand the guy — but at 8:30 in the morning she blew a .13 and he blew a .04... my first thought was where were their children and second was why were they both so drunk so early in the day?

at 8:30 in the morning!!!!! they both registered for booze... what the heck... and I thought he did rehab and wasn’t supposed to be drinking at all.. you know no one ever heard the reason Denise Richards left him so suddenly while she was pregnant... then tried to reconcile and left him again.. I read she tried to warn the current wife not to marry Charlie.

I lived in Colorado at the time. I believe Longet married a cop or someone involved in her case (I may be mistaken because it was a long time ago), but she has kept a very low profile since the murder of Sabich).

“No, he’s getting special treatment, no doubt to an ongoing arrangement with local (Malibu) law enforcement.....”

The Malibu Sheriff’s Dept. despises Martin and Charlie Sheen.
Both keep a low profile there. Martin was the jerkoff who invited L A’s homeless to camp out Malibu 20 years ago. Charlie is a drug addict, who beat his wives, and stripper girlfriends fairly often.

Is this the Sheen that called Bush a “white-knuckled drunk?”

Oh, excuse me, this occurred in Aspen... another well-chosen spot for special celebrity treatment I’m sure.

Go back to the mid-1970's when Claudine Longet (Love is Blue) wasted the skier 'Spider' Sabich in a fit of rage and walked. Same town (Aspen) same Pitkin County court system that exists today.

I seem to recall Longet married the lawyer who defended her in the case...all seems so long ago now. I was always impressed that Andy Williams stood by her throughout the case...he’s a real gentleman.

On a happy note, however, Emilio Estevez doesn't seem to have been doing much in recent years, aside from a few roles that were hand-outs from his father or brother. What other work is listed on IMDB seems to have trended toward "voice acting" (animated series or features) or shows intended for the hispanic market. His two most recent works, one in post-production and the other rumored to be starting production, show Emilio as writer, director and star. Must be the south-of-the-border version of "direct to DVD".

Do you remember the Claudine Longet Skiing Tournament on Saturday Night Live? They had to apologize for that one...

By the way, I drove by Martin Sheens house about 4 years ago. I notice a Ford Excursion, and an S55 Mercedes sedan in his driveway. They get around 10 miles a gallon. LOL!

So anyway, I left you stranded on this thread the other night... sorry. Oh yeah, I always connect Marty with the homeless-and-illegals encampment in Malibu. Now the illegals have their own “office” -— a double-wide -— at the Malibu Civic Center. And Charlie’s a well-known menace to society, at least to the female segment, an out and out abuser who needs to do time... and find out how it feels to be someone’s “bitch.”

Now, as for those vehicles, they run on diesel I’m sure... B’wahahaha.

All I know of Emilio, he wrote, directed and starred in a movie that also starred his father. Emilio played an Army vet who had PTSD. The libs love to wallow in the downside of our society, and especially if they can piously get in a dig at our fine military. Like father, like son.

Emilio, I recall, was married to Paula Abdul and of course he fooled around. Well, she didn’t fool around. She locked the door on him, screamed at him from an upstairs window and threw out all his belongings on top of his stupid head. I always loved Paula for that.
