Their historian survey is rather stupid as well-- putting William Henry Harrison in the top 10 because he died after a month in office and bashing Millard Fillmore over the Missouri Compromise. What was Fillmore supposed to do? Start the Civil War a decade early? Also, the compromise came out of congress. In those days, the presidents were supposed to preside, not be dictators!
