Afternoon all. Bought a new (well, used) hard drive on the way home. So of course the computer boots up just fine now. I had to bring it up to read the disk partition settings -- it ignored the LiveCD and booted from the old hard drive...
...uh oh... something went kaflooey, logged me out, now I am back. SOmething is Not Right.

I’d say that with the server issues we’ve had, somebody is taking the initiative of messing with us a little on top of it.
