It wasn’t me. I didn’t do it. The sun was in my eyes. My shrink put me on a depressant pill yesterday and I was up all night wired. I forgot. The dog ate my homework. I ran out of gas. I got a flat tire. I..uh..didn’t have change for cab fare. I left my tux at the cleaners! I had to be rushed to hospital for coffee burns on my lap! I locked my keys in the car! An old friend came in from out of town! Someone stole my car! There was an earthquake . . .a terrible flood! IT WASN’T MY FAULT!!!! I SWEAR TO GOD!!!
