Lynn Samuels wants Brown to win in order to block the healthcare bill. Just heard on XM radio about 10 minutes ago.

As a liberal, why does she not want the healthcare bill?
Is this a case of everyone is conservative when they have to make decisions about their own best interest?
This is not a rhetorical question, though. Would like to know more.
I always liked listening to Lynn, as lefty as she is she would always surprise you with common sense.
A variation of a Shock-Jock
Liberals oppose the deathcare bill because it is not socialist enough i.e. no public option, at least that is their excuse. It could well be that they see their own healthcare going down the tubes and they don’t want to admit that is the real reason.
She thinks the whole thing is a scam. For example, she said that, although pre-existing conditions will be exempted, there is nothing to stop insurance companies from charging people out the wazoo for the policy. Not sure, but I think she is an advocate for single-payer. Her goal is to kill this healthcare bill.
WOW! she used to be on WABC in NY, she’s a far far far left liberal, although she used to be on Sean’s show in the early days and he always liked her, I did too. She’s kind of a lovable quirky kook.

As Arte Johnson would say, veeeeeery interestink! Does she realize the error of her leftist ways, like Whittaker Chambers, Eldridge Cleaver, David Horowitz and others did? Time will tell.
I used to listen to her (and call sometimes) during here WABC (NYC) days.
"Always" is a bit much. I would suggest "occasionally."

My guess would be because it mandates buying insurance rather than having a public option. The left wants the government in complete control.
Wow, that’s tremendous. SHe’s a big lib alright, but from some other stuff I saw she didn’t drink the Obama Koolaid. I don’t know for sure because I never hear her anymore. But I liked her OK when she was on ABC years ago.
I’d like to see the look on Bob Grant’s face when he’s told that Lynn Samuels is on his side of something. Uffa!
