Bristol Palin wants Levi Johnston to step up as a dad and pay her some of the money he's raked in from his naked media blitz.
Court documents were filed by Bristol's lawyer Wednesday in Alaska, demanding $1,750 a month from Levi, retroactive to the birth of son Tripp on December 27, 2008.
According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Bristol believes Levi has pulled in "in excess of $105,000 in 2009 through various media interviews and modeling related activities."

LOL - lessee, ya got all the memes stuffed in thar, and ya capitalized on the previous poster, and yer already cleared by the crypt, and yet:
I’m with you in that one parent on duty should be sufficient (such as they have now), but I hate to see Bristol on a tabloid cover or on Oprah with her mom.
And we all know that the children of stay at home moms never get pregnant out of wedlock!
see my tagline
My cousin had a SAHM and a preacher for a father. She went away to a very strict, conservative, gender segregated christian college and turned up pregnant. Shock! Like the Palin's, her family supported her in spite of their disappointment.
somepeople act like 17 going on 18 is 14
There’s a big difference between being almost 18 and preggers and being 14 and preggers. One is a pushing adulthood, one is a child. Bristol’s decision to carry to term and keep her child should have nothing to do with whether Sarah was/is a good mother.
And if Bristol can hit the deadbeat dad up for money now while he has it, good for her. I’m sure it will go into savings and not be spent carelessly.
It looks as though many on here aren’t abreast of the laws. Whether or not Levi pays child support, he is entitled to see his child. Legally, unless he is endangering the child, she can’t withhold visitation rights.
And, I just love the judgmental attitudes of some on this forum about Sarah and Todd being responsible for Bristol’s pregnancy, as though they are bad parents. Kids can skip school and end up in the back seat of cars. How is this the parent’s fault? Some are so ignorant and judgmental.
If you think Sarah Palin being a stay-at-home-mom would have made a difference in her daughter Bristol’s unwed pregnancy, they you are sadly mistaken.
There is NO correlation between teenage pregnancies and whether the teenagers mother worked or stayed home. Other factors are at play here, mostly peer attitudes towards sexual activity.
There are some very decent and good parents who end up with illegitimate grandkids.
Bristol is an adult, and had the ability (the choice) to say "NO", or at least use protection.
“Yeah I am one of those sexist pigs who thinks that families should be cared for by their mothers, raised by their parents and supported by their fathers.”
100 stay at home mothers couldn’t keep raging hormones and two hot and bothered teens apart. Sex happens, all the time.
This is what many people, even conservatives, don’t understand. “Family values” DOESN’T mean controlling everything every member of your family does so that they don’t screw up. It means being there for them when they do screw up to help minimize the effect and get them back on their feet. This is exactly what Sarah did for her daughter.
Family values is about guiding your family toward the right path. That doesn’t mean they’ll take it.
Man is she is so hot to end up with a deadbeat like him
Well put SatinDoll, I agree with you.
Gee I guess your life really really sucks, you know being perfect and all.
Look on the bright side, it's likely to be short too.
I agree totally with this. She doesn't need that creep. But I do imagine she's a bit "put out", with his media blitz.
Have you ever done something you know your parents didn’t like? Parental lockdown is what usually drives rebellious teenagers. I am sure you know about the preacher’s daughter that got pregnant out of wedlock. Happens everyday, but then again you might be praying for Palin’s failure.
Levi will probably have a very unhappy life.
“Look on the bright side, it’s likely to be short too.”
I was thinking the same thing. He probably thought he would become rich and famous at a young age over this. He will think some how he was cheated out of fame and riches. I would not want to be him. He will probably end up dead at a young age from booze and drugs.
I hope it does not happen but he sounds like a real dim bulb.
Why blame anyone? Blame doesn't change the circumstances. Stuff happens, it happened. Blame is hanging on to the past. It so easy to criticize someone else, point fingers... then it happens in your own family, and you will blame who? yourself? I doubt it.
Now is the time to concentrate on the baby's future.
I wish the rest of the world could live in this wonderful place you live in!
Nothing but sunshine, clear blue skies, crisp cool pine scented air to breathe and abundantly flowered roads to travel where no one every has a problem.
God has certainly blessed you better than the rest of us mere mortals. Congratulations!
