Environmental Lawsuits, Judgment Fund, Frivolous Lawsuits Corruption, collusion, or legal thievery By Henry Lamb Tuesday, February 2, 2010 In 2008, the Forest Service issued a land use plan that environmental organizations didnt like. The Earthjustice Legal Foundation filed a lawsuit on behalf of four environmental groups. The suit took 15 months. The bill to the federal government from Earthjustice was $279,711.40. I had to post this article.
CrappieLuck, this is why I no longer belong to what used to be the Tennessee Conservation League, now the Tennessee Wildlife Federation. You might want to let the hunters on tndeer know what their membership dollars are supporting.
Thanks for the ping!!!
The TWF is a political organization with no moral leadership. They are a “grassroots” branch of the TWRA and used to push politically charged issues for the TWRC.
Many, MANY times the TFW has taken a stand against the hunters of Tennessee in order to remain ideologically parallel with the TWRA.

Thanks for the ping -- but now my blood is boiling over this extortion! lol
