Hope I’m not repeating myself. Pictures! I can understand pictures. LOL Thank you for the education. Now I know the difference between kite surfing and parasailing. I now know enough to say that I would never do either one. I have a strong aversion to pain and drowning, not to mention sharks.

Take a shot man. I never did the wind surfing --- that's kind of new and looks very strenuous and I'm a little old for that. But the para sailing... that's cool, and believe it or not, most times, you don't even get wet. It's fun.

Now if you are young, strong and want to try wind surfing but have a shark phobia, I see guys doing it all the time on the Great Lakes every summer. No sharks there. )~:

Yes, neither of those are fun. Every year, usually later than Feb., the media blows sharks attacks out of proportion in florida. Its unfortunate but rare.
Having lived in Florida my whole life, I am not scared of sharks or gators. Got witin 5 ft of a 7 ft gator two weeks ago. It looked at me, spooked, then ran/swam off.

LOL, I don’t think a 76 year old woman is likely to do either one regardless of how adventurous she was as a youngster.

Not likely that I would ever do either one, even though I did live in Miami for ten years way back in the day.

You could do the para sailing. You just go for a ride on those things and don't do anything but sit back and enjoy the ride --- and pray that the guys in the boat don't drive you into the 10th floor of some condo. ;~))

But it's fun and even grandma's and grandpas' can do it.
