Not only is the weather gelid, the mood of our active volunteers in our local fire department have reached record chills.

After his unwelcome, very expensive, outdoor early winter operation, the newly minted castrato received a gilded gelded and very gelid reception from his (former) girlfriend, who wanted children later when they got married.

Doesn't that pertain to the former Preds player, Martin Gelidas?

Great word for this balmy, shorts-and-sandals winter we are having-
Despite this gelid winter
The envirowackos scream-
That mean old natural universe
Stole their cherished dream
Of human control of weather
By just turning off the lights
Making everyone walk everywhere
Wearing sweaters and tights
Now, instead of growing warmer
We’re buried in snow and ice-
Before they start whining yet again
They really should think twice
49 and rainy here, but supposed to be closer to normal highs tomorrow...
