'Twilight' Saga's Final Book 'Breaking Dawn' Will Be Made Into 2 Back-To-Back Movies...

I have this from several sources, and it's definitive. Filming on the back-to-back movies would begin in mid-October, and Summit Entertainment is looking at "high end" directors. Breaking Dawn is the longest in Stephenie Meyer's 4-book series lengthwise and it's the most graphic -- presenting birth, attempted murder, death, and of course vampire bites.

And you thought you would only have to put up with your girlfriend, wife and/or daughter dragging you kicking and screaming into the theater one more time. The only bright spot I see with this cultural phenomenon is the pick up in interest in Emily Bronte's Wurthering Heights. Perhaps they will see how crappy a writer Meyer is.

They are just trying to copy Harry Potter. The Deathly Hollows will be broken into two movies. The difference between the series is simple, though. Harry Potter can be read as literature, Twilight can’t be read without gagging.

I think this means 3 more times, because there’s still the 3rd book, before the two movies of the 4th book.

Are you being sarcastic? If not, I recommend you study up on the Salem Witch Trials of 1692. Ungodly, anti-christian, bloodlust. . . from Puritans.

I stand corrected. For some reason I though there were 3 books.

Breaking Wind would have been a better choice.

I don’t think I’ll ever understand this fad....

Thankfully, my wife doesn’t like it any better than I do.

I just saw the first movie on TV, and wasn't impressed. I can't understand what all the excitement was about it in the first place.
