A Citadel official said Sunday that Starks remains enrolled in the Corps of Cadets.
During the hearing, Miguel Starks told Baldwin that he lives in an off-campus apartment in West Ashley
That doesn't add up. If you are in the Corps, especially as a sophomore, you live in the barracks, elite athelet or not. Have things changed that much since I graduated from The Citadel?
