So far I planted:
Pole beans
Pole peas
cabbage
lettuce
spinach
beets
kale
a variety of potatoes, including one called “irish rose” that has this cool pink flesh

I tossed in some acorn squash and pepper plant seeds, they, like the pole beans have yet to make an appearance, but everything else is coming up

I also planted radishes. Didn’t need to!
A few radish plants went to seed last year and I got radishes coming up EVERYWHERE!

My big project so far this year is turning over and re-seeding my back yard, which up to now will only grow moss and crabgrass. Got about 12-13 hundred square feet more to go, but I think it’s gonna come out real nice.

I have a open question.

My parents are coming from Indiana, to New mexico to visit. In their back yard they have Burning bushes and Golden Privets, they have grown into a hedge row.......could they bring me small pieces as grafts?

I would love to have them for a front windbreak along the fence.
