About 10 years ago, I got a call from one of my favorite tenants (a 78 year old woman who had been in the building (a 6 plex) for years). She said that there was a young man sunbathing in the nude every day in the courtyard. I asked her how long he had been doing this...and she said about 2-3 weeks. I asked why she waited so long. She stated that "he was really good looking and at my age, that's all I'm getting" - LOL
I asked him to not do it anymore - which he did.

Took the ex and kiddos to St. Maarten way back in 2002. Nude beach there was always a 10-1, old, fat and hideous to maybe one or two occasional lookers.

In the local Palm Springs news the past couple of days, there's been a bit of a dustup..........one of the many (over a dozen over there) gay-oriented nekkid motel/hotel places is slated to have an assisted living home built next door - there's a bit of concern what the oldsters might end up seeing around the pool area.
