This type of action happened during the TX OU football game in 2008 - the tow truck company lost it’s liscense.

It costs a lot of money to hire a lawyer.
It costs even more money to pay that lawyer to sue.
If you don’t win, then you are out that money.
If you do win, you are out that money.
So, why should Glenn Beck be out money?

At least some people learned a lesson about private property rights.

Offended UCF Alumni. I think that Kappa Sigma at UCF owes 53 people $6600 dollars for their little prank. After all it is the right thing to do, and you are building character at your fraternity, aren't you??? What do you think???

Looks like just the opposite at the moment, a lot of anti-Beck and FR posts.

Glenn Beck should reimburse the victims, something OReilly wouldnt hesitate to do.Baloney. Kappa Sigma fraternity should reimburse them and UCF should force them to do so and the towing company should lose its license for profiting from the prank.

Which proves definitively one of their sycophants is likely the n00b that posted this thread and they are monitoring the comments.

Hulbert admits he's never towed that many cars in one day before; he said it took him at least eight hours to tow all the cars.Eight hours? How long was the event?

Its not the money, its the principle of the thing.Exactly right. I noticed the original poster hasn't bothered to reply to anyone yet, smells more like a rat than a skunk to me ; )
To: Skunkworx
Class action against the frat and the towing company will settle this.

According the TV news story, the parking lot had signs stating that it was private property and that cars would be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

DLfromthedesert has it right — Glenn should just reimburse. Also, some insurance should be sought against criminal political acts (not available). Also, parking should be more carefully planned.
Some of us ought to consider going to online or evening law school. There are such places. And who cares about the presumed status of Ivy League...it doesn’t matter.
