You are obviously unfamilar with the seasons in New England. Yesterday was the first warm, sunny day of the year. It would not be terribly unusual to have snow in Portland on the third of April.
Well, winter’s just over, so those complexions are the result of tanning beds.
Unfortunately, these gals tend to put the plugs in backwards, which then sucks the melanin out of their skin.
