Has it been a lifelong habit to have one’s head in the sand on these documented facts?

It has been a life long habit to see with my own eyes what happens to the carcass of an animal that dies in the pasture. I have never seen a dead cow that was ripped to shreds by a coyote or a wolf leaving blood everywhere. Rather they are nibbled up by insects and small predators leaving no blood and looking as they have been entered through the rectum and eaten from the inside out. The tender parts, eyes, tongue and entrails are always eaten first. Leaving the impression with some who don't understand, that they were visited from outer space by otherworldly scientist and studied, again and again and again.
