I agree but I find it very troubling. It appears to me, based upon what I think the founders intended, that President Obama is not a NBC because his father was not a U.S. Citizen. Why won’t the POTUS hear a case on this...many presented...and put and end to speculation? OR by allowing allowing President Obama to continue to sit unchallenged...aren’t they setting a de facto precident? This just doesn’t seem right to me. Why the silence and sidestep?????

Sure, Dr. Orly makes mistakes. We all do. But Dr. Orly is no dummy. How many of us could go to a foreign country, learn 5 languages, establish a successful dental practice, a successful real estate business AND pass the California state bar- one of the hardest in the U.S. to pass?
She may be a ‘mail order’ attorney and not a Harvard lawyer, but she IS an attorney with all the rights and privilages of a Harvard lawyer nevertheless!
The point is; she has the passion, the zeal, the courage of her convictions and the love of America and its freedoms (unlike many of our ‘great’ attorneys and ‘patriots’ who criticize her) that will not let her give up!
She is exhausted. She is nervous. She is frustrated. It is reported that she gets by on 4-5 hours of sleep per night, and her family is very worried about her health- as well as her safety.
She makes mistakes. But she will NOT give up. She will keep on until she gets it right.
Stop tearing her apart. The Obots on FR don’t need our help.
The obots are scared to death of this little lady and her determination. That’s why they come out in droves all over the net on forums, chat rooms and even the national news to attack and ridicule.

I think Orly Taitz really works for Barack Hussein Obama II. No attorney could be that incompetent.
Judge Clay Land in Georgia was a conservative Republican congressman before he became a George W. Bush appointee as a federal judge and he fined Orly $20,000 for legal misconduct in filing frivolous motions.
The US Court of Appeals for the 11th District held Taitz’ appeal of the sanctions and they upheld her fine.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. The only people dumber than Orly Taitz are those that would go into a court of law with her as their attorney to protect their legal rights.

The first one that comes to mind is opposition to minimum wages. I contend conservatives would have no problem with the concept as long as they were not so high as to distort the labor market, or so low as to be ineffective. That’s because true conservatives realize the innately selfish nature of man and desire to get something for either less, or nothing.
When wages sink too low, you end up with all kinds of problems, not the least of which is the need for government to step in and pick up part of the cost of people surviving, like food stamps and rent subsidies.
Meanwhile, among Libertarians, the very thought of minimum wages sends them into epileptic fits. You tend to get all kinds of absurd and idiotic responses from them. Unfortunately, they have leeched onto the GOP, and now most Republicans have devolved into creatures who think the Age of Robber Barons was a high point in US history. Or, that we should leave the poor bankers on Wall Street alone and let them play their games while the country suffers. Meanwhile, Ronald Reagan is spinning in his grave.

I think some of the other sites have been banning or running off the birthers, like Red State. I guess they migrate here and join in with the freeper birthers. A lot of them try to get the anti-birther freepers banned and zotted. Makes it a lot easier to make converts here. It happens on nearly every birther type thread.

Seeking echo chambers is hardly a sign of a healthy movement. It would be a shame if they dragged Free Republic into irrelevance along with them.
I think her former law clerk Charles E. Lincoln had something to say on that subject.
