Just got back from the NYC Tea Party. There were a number of ACORN and leftist infiltrators who screamed, cursed and gave the finger to the crowd. God bless the NYPD for their superb job keeping the liberal idiots at bay. There was definitely more tension this year than last year.
I saw signs that read "Abortion is a healthcare right", "Blame the bankers not the poor", and my favorite held by a child "It's not my money to keep".
Mike Church, Andrew Wilkow, David Webb, KT McFarland and Lou Dobbs made appearances.

When I was at my TEA Party we only had one loser roll by on his skateboard holding up a POS sign yelling “obama!” The crowd just laughed at him.
That must of been cool. I went to the one in Tampa and it was mellow and fun to a packed house downtown in a park. Lots of flags and good signs. Just showing up makes ya feel better.
Crowd smaller than last year.I felt very disconnected from podium . The lefties were about 25 to our3-4000.They carried exact same signs as goons in Boston.NYPD were great. Crowd not into it till Wilcow and Dobbs.
It should not come as any surprise that liberals treat people like crap. It’s central to their political philosophy: individuals lives are worthless, only the collective has value.

The ‘goons in Boston’ were organized by the Workers World Party who are based in New York City. Their front groups are “Bail Out People”, “Troops Out Now”, and “ANSWER”. They were almost certainly behind the counter-protest in NYC as well. Damn, I wish I had remembered to check!!

Thanks for the report and the pics. I didn’t make it there this year.
I remember in Feb. ‘09 going to the “test” TEA party rally by the fountain at City Hall. There were only a few hundred of us there, and no one knew if this was going to catch on or not. We joked how we were gathering one block away from the building where the IRS and FBI are (Broadway and Reade), and figured they were watching us from their perch.
How ironic that the libturd counter-protestors you saw tonight, who grew up distrusting the government, are now its biggest sycophants.
There was a short Asian girl at yesterday’s Boston event carying an Abotion is healthcare sign. I think she was carrying the same sign tonight. The NYPD kept a short leash on these cretans and they finally gave up and crossed 8th heading east on 30th st. Our crowd was very restrained and well behaved. BTW CBS Ch 2 just gave a very fair and accurate report on the party.
She was probably part of the Workers World Party bunch.
