My girlfriend, for some absolutely incomprehensible reason, likes American Idol. She flipped the channel over to that show.

And who appears on my TV set? That blue-lipped fascist Kenyan Muslim usurper. Barak Obama.

I thought, "How appropriate. Soma for the mind, American Idol, and here's Obama encouraging people to keep watching. It's as if American Idol is actually intended to lull us to sleep".

And at the end of his little endorsement for the charity that AI is supporting, he actually said, "You're all my dawgs."

And I thought, "Can I please have a President who does not refer to people as 'his dawgs'? Pretty please?"

I long for the days of Presidents Reagan, Bush 1 and Bush 2. They respected the Office and all had dignity. Clinton certainly diminished the position and defiled the Oval Office with his moral and ethical lapses......Obama is continuing the liberal tradition.

I would love to have a President worthy of respect again. Everytime I think that I can’t possibly be more outraged, I find that I can.
