Actress Liv Tyler Armageddon, Lord of the Rings, The Strangers who started modeling at age 14, does the spokesmodel thing for the S/S 2010 G-Star Raw collection. G-Star, those delightful and innovative denim-nairs, who began making their jeans back in 1989, and have expanded into a wide range of apparel for both men and women, seem to do well in leather too. We dig their long womens jackets, a perfect compliment to the Raw denim.

The Chrissie Hynde look is “in” now?
Or is she trying to look like an Emo boy ten years after that trend?
Hey, I really think you’re trying to subvert FR in some way. I’m allowed to write that, because that’s my opinion.
I have a theory.
Maybe G-STar Raw paid her money to do this.
She was at her hottest in “Empire Records.”
Her jeans are on backwards.
Oh wait, the fly is on the wrong side.
Didn’t hip hop sensation s “Kris Kross” have this look back in the early 90s?
Ping for later.
She did a good job in LOTR - however, I’m still mad at Peter Jackson for how he rewrote the story and interjected her character into the first book.
When is the Kris Kross reunion tour?
I wear G-Star stuff all the time! It’s GREAT stuff honestly.
I’m a rockstar though, they give me all this crap for free. Really awesome jeans though!
I just love Capitalism!
LLS
She looks hungry.
Personally, I really liked the fact that Jackson gave her a more active role in LOTR. From the books, we had no idea whatsoever why Aragorn would be interested in her, apart from her looks. Jackson made her worthy to be the queen of a hero, loved by all.
Which, from a theatrical perspective, would make sense - the whole love interest thing. But, Jackson had to completely change the chase to the river sequence, which I didn’t like. And, perhaps, giving her a more expanded role in the movie is the reason why Narsil wasn’t reforged and made ready for Aragorn before the fellowship left Imladris (another change I didn’t care for). For viewers who never read the books, or for those who may have read them, but are not Tolken purists, the movies were awesome.
On the movies, my big disappointment is that they didn't handle the whole Narsil thing by having Arwen be the one to swipe it, get it reforged, and take it south with the small army of rangers that were supposed to show up [bleep]it!
But yeah, even with that unfired Chekov's gun, the movies were awesome.
Shalom.
Well, you know, the small army of Elvish Rangers arriving at the Keep didn’t happen in the book. Narsil was reforged prior to the fellowship of the ring setting out from Imladris, and Aragorn himself renamed Narsil as Anduril.
