That photo drew a complaint from a county official who found it disrespectful. Obama chose to be photographed in that pose. It seems he is disrespecting Obama's choice of photograph pose by complaining.

The portrait will hang in a spot that had held a framed black-and-white photo showing the president with a cigarette hanging from his mouth. That photo drew a complaint from a county official who found it disrespectful. I agree that our new President is disrespectful of those who disagree with his policies, but that is no reason to install a different photo.

That’s kind of funny that they chose that picture.
What bugs me though is that in the picture Biden chose for display at military installations (where they have pictures of all the “leadership”, Biden isn’t wearing a tie. It’s very disrespectful to our service people, although I’m sure Biden thinks it shows he’s just one of “the guys”.

I like the first one, since it's obviously not tobacco, the bad bad drug, that Obama is smoking. If they want to go completely non-smoking though, the second pic is pretty good.
