Mornin’, Polly! It’s been one of those mornings, again. The first day of the month, is always a dreaded one for me. My lil furry kid has to have her heart worm pill, and she hates it. You wouldn’t believe what I have to go through to get it down her.

I used to go through that with my chow, yorkie, but with the two dogs we have now, we do the once-a-month topical thing (Revolution is the brand my vet uses) for heartworms and other parasites. SOOOOO much easier, though Roscoe still, after all these years, acts like I'm going to hurt him when I open the package and squeeze that liquid between his collarbone. Silly dog. :)

Thank you, Geologist. I need to call my aunt in West Texas; are these temperatures normal for this time of year? Our temps have been warm but it should cool down for a few days. So far, we haven't had any 3 digits.

How pretty to pick up the flower border in your post! I like the script font, too (probably have it, but always enjoy pretty fonts!)

Yes, I loved the sentiment of the song, and thought the idols did a great job blending their voices (it always gets a little jumbled when they bring in so many, but at least the first 7 voices blended well!)

It was fun working on a new opening again!
