The Los Angeles Times reported last month that the couple bought an $8.8 million home in Montecito, Calif., this spring.
They met in high school -- she attended the Alexandria school that is now St. Stephen's and St. Agnes, while he went to St. Alban's -- and wed in May 1970 at Washington National Cathedral. They have four grown children -- Karenna, Kristin, Sarah and Albert -- and three grandchildren.

My translation: Al is too full of himself now. He has little time for the family and would rather sleep with his nobel prize than he would with Tipper. She just wants to fall in love again before she is too old to do so.
I guess that would have to be Tipper. Since they bought it recently, my analysis is that she squeezed it out of him in exchange for his silence. She does not believe that sea levels will rise due to Global Warming. That is why she has accepted the oceanfront property.
OTOH, if it turns out that I am wrong and Gore more into it, it would prove that even he does not believe that the oceanfront property will go underwater.
