CONCORD, N.H. (AP) -- A New Hampshire sex offender is asking the state's highest court to allow him to go to church with a chaperone.
The case of 35-year-old Jonathan Perfetto of Manchester marks the first time the New Hampshire Supreme Court is being asked to rule on whether a probation condition that effectively bars church attendance violates a person's constitutional rights to religious freedom.

Watch TV. It’s safer for everybody.
Perfect example of why you don’t need to leave your house to *go to church*
This guy needs to get right with the Lord in the privacy of his own little world.
I disagree. His religious freedom should not be denied just because there may be children in the area.
I agree, but then he should have to where a sign that on his back and chest that says convicted pedophile. Then let him go to whatever church he pleases.
Some will forgive him while others may beat is arse.
Seriously. He’s even talking about having a chaparone—is there really ANY chance any child is going to be in danger? I mean it’s not like he’s petitioning to lead a group of schoolchildren.
Also, if you’re doing church by yourself at home, you’re doing it wrong. There’s no such thing as a Christian that isn’t plugged in and active with a church community.
Seems the Jehovah Witnesses have a history here.
A devoutly religious PEDOPHILE!!! Uh huh.
He forfeited his freedom to go anywhere when the jury returned the guilty verdict. If that interferes with his free practice of religion, too bad.
Pedophilia (or paedophilia) is a psychiatric disorder in adults or late adolescents (persons age 16 and older) for whom prepubescent children are the primary or exclusive sexual object of their sex drive. According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), pedophilia is a paraphilia in which a person has intense and recurrent sexual urges towards and fantasies about children they have either acted on or cause distress or interpersonal difficulty.
The disorder is common among people who commit child sexual abuse; however, some offenders do not meet the clinical diagnosis standards for pedophilia. In strictly behavioral contexts, the word “pedophilia” has been used to refer to child sexual abuse itself, also called “pedophilic behavior”. In law enforcement, the term “pedophile” is loosely used without formal definition to describe those convicted of child sexual abuse or the sexual abuse of a minor, including both prepubescent children and pubescent or post-pubescent adolescents. An example of this use can be seen in various forensic training manuals. Researchers recommend that this imprecise use be avoided. In common usage, the term refers to any adult who is sexually attracted to young children or who sexually abuses a child or adolescent minor

Send that guy the warts on his face ‘round to that homosexual alcoholic Episcopal bishop of New Hampshire. They deserve each other.
I know what a pedophile is.
