Van der Sloot a Dead Man, Says Ex-Con
CBS ^ | June 19, 2010 | Staff

Joran van der Sloot is a goner.

So says prison expert and ex-con Larry Levine, founder of Wall Street Prison Consultants.

On "The Early Show on Saturday Morning," Levine said van der Sloot will never last in prison in Peru, where he's being held for the May 30 slaying of 21-year-old business student Stephany Flores in his Lima hotel room.

The Dutchman is also still the chief suspect in the 2005 disappearance in Aruba of Alabama teen Natalee Holloway.

And, says Levine, he probably doesn't have much time left.

Madoff is an investor in it.
And he’s selling shares in it to his fellow prisoners
for cigarettes, a new “vice” of his.

I wonder how much money it would take to get the real location of the body.

Let’s hope the Peruvians don’t take pity and send the murdering scum back to Aruba.

This guy probably grew up never suffering any consequences for anything he did that was wrong.

It's unfortunate that he has to find out this way that there comes a time when everyone has to pay the piper.

If his parents had done their job, he probably wouldn't be where he is now.

No dope and no hope for the dope. How wonderful! I just hope the Peruvians fill his death for Natalie Holloway’s parents.

They won't. Aruba is a territory, not a sovereign nation. They have no diplomatic status with Peru. It would be as if someone sent a criminal facing US federal charges back to Guam. Ain't happening.

“He has nothing and he has no hope.” ..................................... Boooo Hoooooo Hooooo, WAIT! Amnesty International is still out there, he knows where the Holloway girl is, so he still has bargaining chips if he moves fast.

I don’t particularly care what happens to Van der Sloot, but I *do* hope he lives long enough for Natalie Holloway’s parents to find out where their daughter’s remains are.

After that...*shrug*. I think the guy’s a sociopath and likely a serial killer. I’d bet real money’s he’s committed lesser offenses against women before Natalie Holloway (i.e. working his way up to killing), and have no doubt he would eventually kill again were he free. Can’t really work myself into a lather about a guy like that meeting with a tragic “accident” in a Peruvian prison.

Peru, a nation of llamas;

I told my wife today that I foresee a deal coming. Van Der Sloot confesses to the killing of the girl in Aruba. He is put on trial there getting him out of Peruvian prison. Aruba or the Netherlands negotiates with Peru for him to serve life without parole outside of Peru. Peru accepts to prevent high profile murder drawing attention to their abysmal prison system.

Otherwise Peru is gambling this POS is so hated his death will bring some bad press and will soon be forgotten.

I see a deal being worked basically to save his life. By the way if I were the father, I would pay to keep that POS alive until he died of old age in the one of the worlds worst prison systems!
