This actually would not surprise me. There is apparently a reasonably large group of men that do upskirt pics. Putting the camera in the shoe would probably not be too hard to do. They have discovered cameras in all sorts of weird places.
It does seem to be a man thing, doesn’t it? Women don’t take the pics.
