If not I view this as a violation of the doctor-patient confidentiality.

That already happened when the details of her autopsy and gurney photos were released ages ago.

This has got to be a HIPAA violation.

Raquel Welch was so much hotter than Marilyn Monroe. IMHO

Even if she's dead? Guess ACORN could still register her to vote, so you might be on to something here.

I always loved Marilyn and was brokenhearted when she died so young, with her whole career in front of her. I think that she was a great actress who should have been allowed to prove it, but most people couldn’t get past her obvious assets.

That is gross. I guess one difference is that the doctor (and whoever inherited his practice) had a doctor-patient relationship. Does the coroner? I am sure disclosure laws are in place, but is it a violation of confidentiality with regards to the patient (being their never was a patient)?

Unfortunately, one of the reasons she didn't get more work was because she was difficult to work with. Not "I'm a diva" difficult for the most part but her personal problems (and some physical illnesses, like a virus that smacked her around on her final film, Something's Got To Give) were greatly affecting her ability to work and she often showed up hours late to shoots even when she was healthy.

Yes, you’re right. She certainly had self-esteem problems that were a big part of her difficulties. But still, beneath all that was a great actress. She needed some help, but she really never got any because her behavior alienated so many who might otherwise have been sympathetic.

Some of today’s actors are in the same situation, and it’s very sad to see them crash and burn.
