Very nice! I took a few snaps from our house (I am not a pro! LOL) but of course they didn’t look like THAT!) Fireworks shots are hard to get. :)

I agree, she’s a young female Ansel Adams in color!
of course I acknowledge that Ansel was male, older and a B & W master who photographed nature ofter times with extended time exposures.
but the final products have striking similar beauty IMHO

I like that one, too. I am such a child when it comes to fireworks.

Its necessary to have a tripod. I went with ISO 400, a middle of the road apeture setting of around 14, and used bulb setting and held the shutter for around 10 or 15 seconds. They're actually relatively easy with a little practice. That's all this one was is a practice shot.

MIne were not that excellent, as all you could see was black sky and I had to use photo shop to bring out the colors. They made me happy, but they were not awesome like yours. :)
Then again, my son said it looked like a screen saver! LOL

Are there any mooses at Lake Wallenpaupack? Funny you should ask, I spotted this one in the area:
I have even heard that some have been seen on bicycles.
