It does have this gem:

“Taitz was forced to seek protection of the UN

As Taitz was subjected to capricious sanctions by Judge Land, as well as a full tirade of insults coming from Judge Land, it became fodder for the pro-Obama far left media to bombard Taitz with onslaught of insults and harassment. She and her whole family were subjected to intimidation and harassment. There were daily attacks of hacking and destruction of her websites, hacking into her Pay-pal account, tampering with her car, whereby an emissions hose
was disconnected. Taitz could not find any assistance of law enforcement and was forced to file a complaint with United Nations Commissions on Civil Rights Defenders, as well as become a member of the International Criminal Bar in Hague. Not addressing the issue of sanctions, assessed against an attorney, who was defending Constitutional rights of citizens in the face of trampling of such rights by some in power, means green light on attacks, intimidation and harassment by thugs in the media and in the populace at large on any Constitutional attorney.”

I say good for her, it’s obvious that Obama is not one of us. There’s even articles about how he resembles an alien more than anything else. It would be very difficult after looking at the millions Obama has spent to NOT show his bc, his “alien” behaviour, and the full-scale attack to ridicule anyone who questions his qualifications, not to be a birther.

When it comes to that dingbat, I wouldn’t rule anything out...

I'm curious. I took a quick look, mostly at the bolded stuff. It didn't seem so outrageous to me. Could you maybe pick out two or three things she said that aren't true, or maybe just strike you as weird.

I think it probably includes a dishwater blond wig strand taped to the certificate of authenticity...

Yawn. Does any sane person have even the smallest doubt how this will turn out?

Taitz had to seek protection from the UN isn't weird enough for you?

How about this:

“It was not a case of anything improper done by the counsel, rather it was an attempt by judge Clay D. Land to silence and intimidate Taitz, as well as other attorneys, an attempt to instill fear in each and every attorney, who dared to bring an action on behalf of members of the US military challenging Barack Hussein Obama’s complete illegitimacy for the US presidency.”

Note: that is a paranoid delusion expressed in terms unsuitable for any court appeal.

Or this:

“Unfortunately, Land did not think of the underlying case, where Obama is saying, that he is a legitimate President and Commander in Chief, however in light of the fact that multiple experts show him using Social Security numbers of others, not having a valid Social Security number of his own, not willing to unseal his original 1961 birth certificate with the name of the doctor and hospital, just saying he is legitimate, does not make it so, does not make him legitimate and discovery is warranted.”

Aside from being quite the run-on sentence, it continues Orly's imaginary musings about what discovery is and her faith in righteous assertion as opposed to citing relevant case law for the issue at hand—court-imposed sanctions for her behavior toward the court.

Honestly, the whole thing is a free-for-all joke from beginning to end.

So you don't think this judge was attempting to silence and intimidate Taitz and others? Do you think it might be okay to decide one of these cases on the merits, whether Orly of Berg or Donofrio or Appuzzo or whoever?

Is there any doubt that Judge Land was trying to silence and intimidate her? What is the purpose of monetary sanctions... to silence and intimidate. No paranoia there.

Obama is using a very questionable SS#. The SS# issue has not been addressed just like so many other issues surrounding Obama. This one seems legit also.

You have picked very poor examples. All you have done is hurl a bunch of nasty insults with a pretty weak case to back them up. Orly may not be an articulate spokesperson but she is trying to bring legitimate issues to light. Making fun of someone is a transparent Alinsky tactic which has no bearing on the actual argument.

Standing is part of a case's legal merit. As I have said before, this isn't King Soloman’s court. You don't get to just show up and have a wise man pronounce on whatever is bugging you. It has to be an actionable case as framed within the law.

And, no, I think to anyone who understands the law it is obviously insane to think Land was trying to silence her. Read the transcript for heaven's sake. He bends over backward to try and lead an incompetent attorney to basic legal points to ascertain if she can frame anything actionable. She can't, at which point she responds with rage and anger that culminates in accusing the judge of treason. That is inexcusable conduct in a court, particularly one that has had to spoon feed her through a simple proceeding. It will get sanctions 100% of the time, and her brief indicates she still doesn't have the slightest comprehension of what Judge Land tried to tell her.

Sanctions are imposed for conduct in court. Orly can file as many insane cases as she wants without sanction, provided she conforms to norms of behavior in court (which she did not), conducts herself ethically vis-a-vis her client (which she did not), follows the court's instructions and warnings (which she did not), and doesn't accuse the judge of treason in a filing to him (which she did). Her behavior in that case will get a sanction every single time and it is simply uninformed to state otherwise.

And simply noting that ridiculous people are behaving in a ridiculous manner is not an Alinsky tactic. No one who has a position they want anyone else to take seriously should be defending Orly's behavior.

Those like you who support Obama in his tyranny cannot say they have a right to keep a shirt on their back.

Leave the lady alone.

Enough! Those of us who think Orly is an incompetent nut are not automatically Obama supporters!

And if Orly was a conservative and not an attention whore she would NEVER have gone to the U.N. to complain. No conservative American recognizes the U.N. as a governing body in U.S. affairs.

I was wondering who she really represents anyway. She has pretty much has been made the poster child for Zero’s opposition by the left. She has helped the left a lot more than she has done harm to Zero. She is a walking parody.
