You know nothing of Catholic doctrine. And I can defend any of the trite bullcrap you throw. BUt here is the deal breaker you have to argue based on facts. Not on what you think doctrine teaches. I went through a divorce, and nearly came to the point of extreme violence. I consider myself calm cool and collected. My friends and family would testify in court that I can take verbal assault, physical assault, teasing, lying and nearly any punishment given in the course of life. With that said, I nearly lost it. I came face to face with my soon to be x, and my best friend, armed with a baseball bat, in my living room. I did not assault anyone, but it was very hard not too. Needless to say, I walked away forever. It was a pain so deep, that 23 years later it still has me clenching my fists in rage. I feel sorry for Mel Gibson, I can feel his pain. He needs to go to AA, take a step back from all of his responsibilities and mend fences with his family and friends...if any are left. Affairs of the heart are brutal.

There are probably many here who can say they have had heated verbal exchanges with a partner they would not want publicized. I don’t see any reports he has been arrested for domestic violence or assault yet. Perhaps I missed that. I smelled another side to this story and I believe this is best battled out in a family court environment.
Having said the above, I believe Mel has a serious drinking problem he needs to address. There’s nothing that can fuel anger quite like the drink.

Tell me something. His wife Robyn is getting $400 Million. Is he going to kill her? Why not? Why would he kill the Russian gold digger and not Robin? How about some common sense instead of emotion?

Because things were amicable. Until she reneged on the court agreement. He gave her a house and a car too. His lawyers have stated that he is afraid for the baby as the Russian shook her like a ragdoll.....the night he supposedly popped her in the mouth. Tell me again, who's at risk?
