And she’ll spend how long in jail? A couple of hours?
Judge cut off courtroom feed so nobody would see her being taken away in cuffs. She’s been moved to a Beverly Hills holding facility for and undetermined period and then will be moved to another permanent place ( Paris Hilton is an alum ).
She was supposed to play Linda Lovelace in her next film.

The media is fixated on Lindsay Lohan while the country crumbles around us. They also went wild over Anna Nicole Smith, Paris Hilton and other celebrity slut pop tarts.
Of course, in this case "celebrity" = "stupid spoiled whore"
good grief. Most of us can multitask. I think more and more peolple are realizing what a mistake 0bummer was.
There was a time when I would have envied the person with that task.
Now I pity them.

The handcuffs are on Lindsay Lohan as she begins her jail sentence for a probation violation.
The actress surrendered at a Beverly Hills courthouse Tuesday morning, arriving about eight minutes late for the scheduled sentencing hearing. Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel remanded her into custody and ordered that no photographs or video be taken of Lohan being handcuffed.
Revel determined two weeks ago that the “Mean Girls” star violated her probation by missing seven alcohol education classes since December.
She has been sentenced to 90 days in jail and three months in rehab. However, she is likely to serve only 25 percent of the sentence because of overcrowding at the Los Angeles County’s jail. Lohan could also receive good-time credit.
Lohan will serve her time at the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, where Paris Hilton served 23 days for violating probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case in 2007.

A sad-eyed Lindsay Lohan sat somber before Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel Tuesday morning before she was carted off to the slammer.
“Unless there’s anything else, I’m going forward with remanding at this time,” Revel said during the five minute hearing.
Lohan stood and put her tan, bare arms behind her back. She was cuffed by two officers, who escorted her out to being processing.
“We love you Lindsay,” her father, Michael Lohan, yelled as his little girl was taken away.
Judge Revel acknowledged she doesn’t know how much of the 90-day bid Lohan will actually serve. It’s been suggested that Lohan will serve about 1/3rd of the time because of jail overcrowding.
The article I saw showed her frolicking off of one of those 200’ yachts right afterwards.
Everyone knows celebrities and the important get a different set of standards and rules applied. I guess the law over there figured it was a lot less headache for them just to let her go than charge her.
